Genesee Evolutionary Learning Community Project
Introduction
I'm Ernest Cooley and the phrase "evolutionary learning community" came to me in the middle of April 2025.
I googled that phrase and immediately found a kindred spirit with a parallel understanding and vision:
Alexander Laszlo and his Evolutionary Learning Community page.
Alexander's father Ervin Laszlo had been on my radar since at least 2010 when I bought 3 of his books.
All three 2007 2008 2009 were related to Akashic Records, a term I  encountered in 2001 though my connection with Waldorf Education.
When Joseph Chilton Pearce came to Rochester in 2002 he talked extensively about Rudolf Steiner and Waldorf Education.
He also introduced the contents of his new book: The Biology of Transcendence, A Blueprint of the Human Spirit.
Chapter 9, Laski's Revelation is about Ecstasy: A Study of Some Secular and Religious Experiences by Margharita Laski.
I immediately recognized Laski's six-step process as the invention and creative problem-solving process I had been using since childhood.
Nine months after high school, I received an epiphany in an instant.  It was overwhelming both in it's significance and detail.
The central point was that human potential might be infinite, but that all was see arround us is the result of and almost complete squashing.
This rang true, but unlike my normal process, I was unprepared to fully understand the information.
Over decades, I built a foundation of knowledge and experience which supported that received information.
Highlights of my parallel technical career involved collaboration & innovation in high performance teams.
Unfortunately, typical corporate structures, leadership models, practices and decision processes are antithetical to innovation.
They also produce a toxic culture which poisons the human ecosystem and causes stress and disease.
